Do you provide end-to-end exhibition stall solutions?
Yes, we offer end-to-end exhibition stall solutions, from concept design and 3D visualization to fabrication, printing, and on-site installation.
What is the usual turnaround time for printing orders?
Standard printing orders are usually completed within 2–4 working days, depending on the product and quantity. Custom exhibition fabrication projects may require additional time.
Do you also provide design services?
Yes, our team provides professional design services for exhibition stalls, visiting cards, brochures, banners, and other branding materials. You can also share your own ready design for printing.
What file formats are accepted for printing?
We accept high-resolution PDF, AI, PSD, and CDR files suitable for printing. Low-resolution files may result in quality issues, so print-ready artwork is recommended.
Will the printed colors match exactly with my screen?
We follow industry-standard color management practices to achieve the best results. However, minor color variations may occur due to screen and printing process differences. Printing starts only after digital proof approval.
Do you provide delivery outside Delhi NCR?
Yes, we provide pan-India delivery through reliable courier services. Faster delivery options are available within Delhi NCR.
What is the minimum order quantity for printing?
Minimum order quantity depends on the product type. For visiting cards and most printed materials, MOQ generally starts from 100 units.
How can I get a price quote for my requirement?
You can request a quote by filling out the inquiry form on our website or by contacting us via WhatsApp or phone. Our team will get back to you with pricing details at the earliest.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, bank transfer, and other standard payment methods. Advance payment may be required for bulk or customized orders.
Do you handle urgent or last-minute exhibition printing?
Yes, we offer express printing solutions for urgent requirements, subject to feasibility and availability.
What if there is an issue with the printing quality?
Before printing, we share a JPG proof based on the files provided by you via email for your review and approval. Once you approve the JPG proof by email, the responsibility for the final output rests with the client. However, if the final printed material is majorly different from the approved JPG proof, we will review the case internally and take a decision accordingly. In such cases, we will also ensure that the client receives an appropriate benefit or resolution as decided by our team.
