Every exhibition season, our phone rings with some version of the same call: "The show starts tomorrow. The vendor didn't deliver / the panel size is wrong / the CEO changed the tagline. What can you do?" Because our production unit runs in Darya Ganj — minutes from Pragati Maidan and within an hour of every major Delhi NCR venue — the honest answer is: quite a lot. But not everything. Here is the truthful list.
Genuinely possible in 24 hours
- Flex banners & panels — any size, printed overnight and delivered to the venue in the morning. This is the single most common emergency job.
- Roll-up standees — printed, fitted into hardware and ready the same day.
- Posters & one-pagers — same-day digital printing, even in the hundreds.
- Self-adhesive vinyl graphics — printed within 24 hours; on-site application included if the surface is ready.
- Reprints of a damaged panel — if we have your artwork file, a scratched or mis-sized panel can be reprinted and swapped during build-up itself.
Possible, but tight — call before noon
- Backdrop walls with new artwork — printing is fast; the bottleneck is design time. Have your logo files ready in high resolution.
- Sunboard cut-outs and simple signage — doable overnight if the design is final.
- Visiting cards & brochures — digital short runs in 24–48 hours; do not expect offset quality pricing at that speed.
Not possible in 24 hours — and anyone who promises it is guessing
- Backlit and glow signage — lit boards need fabrication, wiring and testing: 3–5 days.
- 3D acrylic / metal lettering — cutting, building and finishing takes days, not hours.
- Full custom stall structures — a real custom build needs 2–4 weeks. In 24 hours the honest option is a well-branded octonorm layout, which we can arrange.
How to make an emergency job go smoothly
- Send print-ready files: PDF or CDR, 300 DPI, CMYK, actual size with bleed. A clean file saves the hours that matter tonight.
- Give exact measurements — measure the actual frame at the venue, not the brochure dimensions.
- Share your build-up gate and hall number so delivery goes straight to your stall.
- One decision-maker on the phone. Overnight jobs die in approval loops.
The larger lesson: the cheapest insurance an exhibitor can buy is a printing partner near the venue.
