Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all quotations, orders and services provided by Exhibition Prints. Confirmation of an order and/or payment signifies your acceptance of these terms.

1. Quotation Validity

• All quotations are valid for 7 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.

2. Order Confirmation

• Orders will be processed only after receiving written confirmation via Email or WhatsApp along with the required advance payment.

3. Payment Terms

• 100% advance payment for orders below ₹10,000.
• 70% advance and 30% before dispatch/installation for larger orders.
• All payments are non-refundable once production has started.

4. Artwork & Design Approval

• Clients are responsible for providing print-ready artwork.
• Production will begin only after final artwork approval from the client.
• Exhibition Prints is not responsible for errors approved in the final artwork, including spelling, design, colors, dimensions, or content.

5. Color Variation

• Actual printed colors may vary slightly from digital proofs due to differences in screen displays, printing materials, and production processes.

6. Production Timeline

• Delivery and installation timelines are estimated and may vary depending on artwork approval, payment clearance, venue regulations, and unforeseen circumstances.

7. Installation

• Free installation (if included in the quotation) covers standard installation only.
• Any additional work, modifications, electrical work, carpentry, or venue-specific requirements will be charged separately.

8. Venue Access

• The client must ensure timely access to the exhibition venue and provide all necessary permissions, passes, and approvals required for installation.

9. Force Majeure

• Exhibition Prints shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, government restrictions, or venue-related issues.

10. Material Ownership

• All printed materials remain the property of the client after full payment has been received.

11. Cancellation Policy

• Orders cancelled after production has commenced will be charged based on the work completed and materials used.

12. Liability Limitation

• Exhibition Prints' liability shall be limited to the value of the order. No claim for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages will be accepted.

13. Inspection & Claims

• Any concerns regarding quality, quantity, or installation must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or installation.

14. Acceptance

• Confirmation of the order and/or payment signifies acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
